Just Australia's newsletters are distributed via email – automatically and free of charge – to those who request to receive them by entering their email address in the data collection form. Subscription will allow periodic updates on news or offers proposed by Just Australia and will enable the Data Controller to manage information and respond to cancellation requests.

Data Provision

Under Article 13, Paragraph 2, Letter e) of the GDPR, the Data Controller informs the data subjects that the provision of an email address, marked with a double asterisk, is necessary. Failure to provide it will make it impossible to send the newsletter.

Legal Basis for Processing

The legal basis for the above-mentioned processing is the consent of the data subject. By clicking the “I ACCEPT” box, the data subject gives their consent to the processing of their data.

Processing Methods

The data will be entered into the exclusive “address database” owned by Just Australia and processed using appropriate tools to ensure security and confidentiality. Data Retention Period
